Class Schedule
This calendar shows the general schedule only. Use the Week/Month/Agenda tabs to adjust your view, and click “Sign Up” above for the most current information.
Classes: Usually run in 4-week monthly sessions - May be shorter due to holidays or availability - May open for single class sign-ups if not full
Session Enrollment: Opens two weeks prior on Monday at noon, listed on calendar
Workshops: Listed on and below the calendar

New students: Start with an Intro or Conditioning class
Experienced students: Review prerequisites below, then contact us to be cleared for enrollment
Age Policy: Group classes: 18+ only - Private lessons: 8+
