Make your next event unforgettable with an aerial circus show! We offer performances on aerial fabric, trapeze, lyra, flying pole, rope, contortion, hand balance, acrobatics, juggling, hula hoop, and more.
Want the Aviary to perform at your venue?
We will need at least one rigging point with a minimum height of 15 feet, a load capacity of 2,000 lbs, and access to the venue several hours before the event. The venue must provide proof of structural integrity and a ladder, lift, or means of reaching the rig point(s). Please note: 17.5’ or higher is required for aerial silks, and 20’ or higher is recommended for a more dynamic performance.
Is your event outside/without appropriate rigging capacity?
No worries—we can bring our portable aerial rig! We can adjust for many different heights, but we will need enough room. Please see the specs below to make sure your event has enough space. Packages
Essential Package $1,500
Ideal for shorter programs, receptions, and focused entertainment moments.
One 30-minute show OR
Two 15-minute sets - 15-minute break required between sets
Signature Package $2,250
Perfect for events needing a stronger featured performance or multiple appearances.
One 45-minute continuous show OR
Three 15-minute sets - 15-minute break required between sets
Premier Event Package $3,750
Designed for larger events, galas, and programs requiring ongoing engagement throughout.
Up to 75 minutes of total performance time, delivered as either:
One extended continuous show OR
Up to five 15-minute sets - 15-minute break required between sets
Customization Options
+$750 - additional performance time per 15 minutes, with required breaks between sets
+$250 - aerial rig transportation to event within 35 miles of Ann Arbor, MI, installation, and removal

The Fine Print
Event Timing & On-Site Presence
A 15-minute break is required between all sets
Total on-site presence is limited to:
Performance time + up to 2 additional hours
This includes:
30 minutes for setup/rigging before performance
30 minutes for breakdown/rigging after performance
Performance Requirements for Outdoor Events
Access to bathrooms for all genders within 5 minutes walking distance of the performance area.
Access to free, potable water within 5 minutes walking distance of the performance area.
Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions; please have an alternate performance area or date ready in case of inclement weather.
Temperature: must be 60-95 °.
Precipitation: minimal to none; soggy ground and wet equipment compromise performer safety.
Preferred, but not required: a private space for performers to change clothing.
Emergences and Substitutions
Emergencies may necessitate the substitution of performers, equipment, and skills available; you will always be contacted if a specifically requested artist, skill, or apparatus will not be available.
Deposit
We commit ourselves to delivering a stunning performance for your event. As such, we require a financial commitment of 25% of the total performance price to hold the date for you. Four weeks prior, 50% of the total cost is due. These payments are non-refundable. The remaining 25% will be paid on the performance day. Checks are accepted, but there will be a $25 per day fee if funds are unavailable until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
