All credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

Promo codes must be entered before purchase and will populate under Promo Code Credits after entry.

Gift Certificates

Cancellations, Credits & Refunds

We do not offer makeups, transfers, refunds, credits, prorating, or exchanges for late cancellations or no-shows.

Classes, Private Lessons, and Play Flight


Early Cancellation (24+ hours before start):

  • The class will be credited back to your account

  • Credits must be used before their expiration date

  • Contact us if you cannot find a class before your credit expires

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours) or No-Show:

  • No makeups, credits, transfers, or refunds

  • No exceptions

Workshops

  • Workshops have separate cancellation and refund policies due to specialized scheduling

  • Please refer to the Class Schedule for details

Instructor Cancellations

  • If a class is canceled by the instructor, you will receive an automated email notification

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, you will also receive a text or phone call

  • A credit will be returned to your account for use toward another single class, Play Flight, or private lesson

  • If you are unable to use the credit before it expires, please contact us to discuss options

How to Cancel

To cancel a class, open your CircusDB account, then click the green CANCEL button next to the correct class and date.

Emailing the studio or the instructor or posting on social media platforms will not cancel your reservation and you will be marked as a no-show.
