Prices and cancellations

New cancellation policy as of 08/06/2023.
Price changes take effect as of September enrollment.
All previously priced credits on your account will be honored as originally priced and are subject only to the expiration date attached when purchased.

Prices

All credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase


Aerial - all levels of any aerial/pole apparatus class
$100 for a 4-class session
$30 for a single class

Floor Work - all levels of any floor-based class - dance, balance, mobility, etc. (formerly Ground Skills)
$72 for a 4-class session
$20 for a single class

Play Flight - open gym
$55 for 4 flights
$15 for a single visit

Private Lessons
$70 for up to 2 participants
$35 per participant after 2

Promo codes must be entered before purchase and will populate under Promo Code Credits after entry.

Cancellations by Instructor

4-Class Sessions

4-week session sessions with three or fewer students enrolled are subject to cancellation at the instructor's discretion. The credit for the canceled session will be returned to your CircusDB account. If no other courses meet your needs, please contact us to discuss options.

Single Classes, Play Flight, Private Lessons

In the event of a cancellation by the instructor, you will receive an automated email notification. If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, you will also receive a text or phone call from your instructor. The credit will be returned to your account to be used on another single class, Play Flight, or private lesson. If you are unable to use the credit before it expires, please contact us to discuss options.

Cancellations/Absences by Students

We do not offer makeups, transfers, refunds, credits, pro-rating, or exchanges for late cancellations or no-shows.

Please do not attend class if you are experiencing the following symptoms; fever, severe sore throat, lingering fatigue, and/or stomach-related symptoms.

4-Class Sessions

  • Early Cancel - Transfer and refund requests for 4-class sessions may be emailed to the studio 7 days or more before the start date of the session. If you are unable to find a session that meets your needs before the expiration date of the credit, please contact us to discuss options.

  • Late Cancel - No refunds or transfers will be issued less than 7 days before the start date of the 4-class session without a physician’s note, but you may early cancel single classes in a 4-class session (see Single Classes below).

Single Classes, Play Flight, Private Lessons

  • Early Cancel - Classes canceled more than 24 hours before the start time of the lesson will be credited back to your account and the credit must be used before its expiration date. This applies whether you enrolled in a 4-class session or signed up for a single class. If you are unable to find a class that meets your needs before the expiration date of the credit, please contact us to discuss options.

  • Late Cancel - No-shows and classes canceled with less than 24-hour notice cannot be made up, transferred, refunded, credited, or exchanged. There are no exceptions.

Workshops

Due to the specialized curriculum developed for workshops, the availability of the instructor, and the possibility of no make-up dates, workshops have unique cancellation, refund, and make-up requirements. Please see Workshops for details.

How to Cancel

To cancel a class, open your CircusDB account, then click the green CANCEL button next to the correct class and date.

Emailing the studio, or the instructor, or posting on social media platforms will not cancel your reservation and you will be marked as a no-show.
