Spin Theory - Tips and Tricks

Are you looking to refine your spinning technique? 

This 2-hour workshop will focus on mastering core elements, including tolerance, maintenance, counterweights, tornadoes, and flare wind-ups. Providing a breakdown of movement pathways and offer practical strategies for achieving and sustaining momentum. Participants are encouraged to utilize the apparatus of their choice.

Workshop limit: 10
$65 per student
No refunds. Students may find a replacement to take their spot and email studio to transfer credit.

PREREQ:

• 18+

• 6 or more months of aerial experience (any apparatus)

• Able to mount and dismount without assistance

• Comfortable with spinning

• Desire to build spin tolerance
