Stagehands (1-2)

Schedule
Must be available for all rehearsals and performances:
10/11, 3:30-6:30pm — Tech Rehearsal
10/18, 3:30-6:30pm — Dress Rehearsal
10/27, 6-9pm — Dress Rehearsal
10/30, 5-9pm — Opening Night
10/31, 12-9pm — Show Day
Showtimes: 1pm and 6pm
Dinner provided at the studio for cast & crew between shows
Optional wrap party after show. Friends & family welcome!
Responsibilities
Organize and prepare equipment and props before the show
Assist backstage and onstage between acts
Exchange aerial apparatuses and performance equipment as needed
Move and position safety mats
Help with show setup and breakdown
Work with performers and crew members to ensure smooth transitions throughout the show
Music Tech (1)
Must provide your own laptop or tablet and be comfortable using Spotify and digital audio files.

Responsibilities
Collecting music selections and cues from performers during Tech Rehearsal.
Organizing and preparing music files for the show.
Playing music before the performance, during intermission, and after the performance.
Playing each performer’s music at the correct time during the show.
Monitoring and adjusting volume levels as needed during live performances.
Downloading and organizing music files provided through Google Drive.
Communicating with performers and crew members about any music-related needs or changes.
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience working with audio or live performances.
Ability to edit, equalize, or enhance music tracks to help create a consistent listening experience.

Resposibilities
Must have a personal mobile device capable of running the Eventbrite app
Check in attendees using the Eventbrite app on your personal mobile device
Welcome guests and provide information about Aviary and the show
Organize and sell Aviary merchandise
Sell raffle tickets
Answer basic attendee questions and help direct guests as needed
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Help create a friendly and positive experience for all attendees
