Intro to Aerial Arts Monthly Workshop

3:00 - 4:15 pm on the 1st or 2nd Saturday of the month

For absolute beginners and first-time fliers! In this 75-minute workshop, students will explore warm-ups, conditioning exercises, and basic poses on the apparatus. Come ready to sweat, smile, and be supported as you challenge both mind and body!

This dynamic workout blends Pilates foundations with targeted conditioning to help you master inverts, splits, and balances. Whether you’re preparing for a show or pushing toward new goals, this class gives you the edge to perform at your best.
