Basic is just the beginning! Explore myriad variations of climbs and descents on the aerial silks and polish them to permanence for confidence and ease of movement between poses and sequences.

All-level trapeze conditioning with sequence exploration and playtime at the end of each class.

2024 Shows and Auditions
Auditions for the next LIFT OFF will be held on 2/18 at 4 pm. As this show will be held mere days before the solar eclipse, auditionees should plan their routines with science, magic, and discovery in mind. Awe-inspiring celestial, cultural, or personal revolutions are welcome!
