Join Poppet in this Flexitortion workshop that will help you access the pockets of possibility in your body! Focusing on backbends and splits, this two-day series will help you learn how to train effectively, safely, and appropriately so that you can continue doing the things you love - whether that’s flying through the air or dancing along the floor!

Days can be bought separately at full price or together for 20% off total price.

Day 1 - 9/16: training, development, technique

Day 2 - 9/30: training, development, and implementation into tricks (scorpion, walkovers, standing splits and tilts, etc..)

Poppet is a Detroit entertainer who performs dance, contortion, and variety circus acts. They are PT, GRX, & RYT200 certified. With over a decade of experience, they can’t wait to be a part of your bendy journey!
