Wanna dance? Let's try it on the Dance Trap! In this workshop you will learn choreography that can transfer on to your Lyra hoop or sling. We will be playing with different heights, mounts, and types of spinning techniques. 

PREREQ:

• 18+

• Trapeze, Lyra, or Sling experience

• Comfortable spinning

• Able to straddle or pike mount comfortably

• Flares are helpful but not required
