Intro Classes

For absolute beginners and first-time fliers! In this 60-minute class, students will explore warm-ups, conditioning exercises, and basic poses on the apparatus. Come ready to sweat, smile, and be supported as you challenge both mind and body!

For pole: Please wear shorts (the shorter the better!) and wear layers.

Conditioning Classes

These 60-minute all-level conditioning classes will build strength, stamina, and confidence with dynamic warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises, with sequence exploration and playtime at the end of class. New students will focus on the basics, while students with more experience will be offered more challenging drills.

Limited Series Classes

Fabric Inversions - please check class schedule for availability

Starting from the ground up, this 60-minute class will get you arse over tip! Students will learn techniques on the silks and sling to prepare for and polish inversions from the ground or in the air, as well as floor exercises that you can practice at home!

PREREQ:

  • All levels welcome, some aerial experience helpful but not required
