Registering multiple students?

All students must have their own separate account in our scheduling system - all accounts must be created and the included waiver signed by the participating student (or their parent or legal guardian if under 18). We can link family and friend accounts so that you only have to remember one password, can share credits, and sign everyone up for class from one account. Please contact us (once all accounts have been created) to be linked! 


Kids & Teens Mixed Apparatus (Ages 8-17)

This class is designed for active young people to explore the fundamentals of the aerial arts, know as "flying". Students will learn the basic poses and sequences on the trapeze, aerial hammock, and lyra, as well as dynamic warm up methods and cool down stretching. All ages will warm up and cool down together. During the flying portion of class, kids (8-12) and teens (13-17) will split into two groups, each lead by their own instructor.

New students will focus on building the endurance needed to spend several minutes in the air, students with aerial experience will layer personal style, choreography, and refinement over the basics. Be ready to build strength, flexibility, and coordination!


Teens Aerial Silks (Ages 13-17)

This class is designed for active young people to focus on the fundamentals of the aerial silks. Students will learn the basic poses and sequences, as well as dynamic warm up methods and cool down stretching.

New students will work on building the endurance needed to spend several minutes in the air, students with aerial experience will layer personal style, choreography, and refinement over the basics. Be ready to build strength, flexibility, and coordination!


Youth Hand Balance & Contortion (Ages 8-17)

This all-level class is designed for active young people to build the courage for inversions and the strength to stay upside down. Students will learn to balance on their hands, create absurd shapes, and find their bendiest self. Each class includes 15-20 minutes of warm-up and stretching, followed by practicing hand balancing and contortion fundamentals. 

  • Please wear socks and long sleeves/layers to class.
  • A back warmer is strongly recommend.
