Registering multiple students?
All students must have their own separate account in our scheduling system - all accounts must be created and the included waiver signed by the participating student (or their parent or legal guardian if under 18). We can link family and friend accounts so that you only have to remember one password, can share credits, and sign everyone up for class from one account. Please contact us (once all accounts have been created) to be linked!
Aerial Boot Camp
Get ripped and have fun doing it! Supplement your aerial training with this all levels conditioning class, which focuses on building strength, alignment, flexibility, and technique with progressive training in the air and on the floor. Students will develop the core and upper body muscle groups needed for all aerial apparatuses and will learn exercises and spotting techniques to practice on their own.
Are you one of the many folks who don’t feel “strong enough” to start aerial training? This class is the preparation you’ve been looking for. Crazy spandex, legwarmers, and workout-video exercise attire welcomed but not required. Absolute beginners of any (or no) athletic background highly encouraged!
This 75 minute class can take your flexibility from basic warming up stretching to beginning contortion poses. All levels are welcome, as students train at their own pace with instructor guidance. We will focus on safely exploring your limits through proper warming techniques and mat exercises to take home.
Come increase your bendy power, learn to prevent injuries through safe stretching, breathe, and stretch in a supportive environment. It is strongly recommended that this class be taken as your final physical activity of the day, and not as a warm up for other activities.
